Oops, I haven't updated in a very long time :P
I am finished with racing for the year. I accomplished my goal of running a sub-55min 10k at the Angus Glen 10k race in November (54:24). And, I ran my first race outside of Canada...the Las Vegas half marathon on Dec 2 :). Unfortunately, I didn't think that it lived up to all the hype. Oh well...I had a blast in Vegas, and my boyfriend proposed there :D. So, life is good!
I still want to run a sub-2hr half marathon and completed another full marathon. We'll see what 2008 has in store. I've been thinking of doing the BMO Vancouver marathon on May 4, but I haven't been very motivated to train for the past 2-3 months. I definitely ran less than 100 km in Oct and Nov. If I am going to start marathon training, it will have to happen in the next couple of weeks. Is my body up for it? I'm feeling quite burnt out from the 12 races that I completed in 2007!
And in addition to training, I'm going to be busy with wedding planning!
Early deadlines for BMO Vancouver marathon is Dec 31...to sign up, or not to sign up :)
