Was I unhealthy, or just slacking?

I got a call from my doctor's office the other day, saying that they had some test results and I needed to come in. Should I have been worried? Apparently not...the tests were normal, and my blood tests showed that my cholestol level is excellent. My doc asked me what I eat ;) So, I am still waiting on a couple more tests, but since everything seems more than okay so far...what was wrong with me the past few weeks?? I skipped one run last week and didn't do much this week...35 minutes elliptical, a 6k, and a 5k last night. My run last night felt pretty good, but I am still feeling quite fatigued in general.

I am debating about how long to run tomorrow. I was planning to do another 2-hour run, but when I ran with Cliff last week, he suggested doing a 10k with 5k at tempo speed, or something like that. That might be a good idea.

Eh...I suppose that I am obsessing too much, as usual.

Did i said that.. :)

I just remember running fast :D. But a 10 k with interval of 5 km tempo is fasty....i have no comment except to read up and try it and see that u are running fast but not too hard on yourself...

The tests are coming back good. So that's a good thing.

I don't think you are slacking. Unhealthy ppl do not run downtown for the sake of it.
