Let's get ready to rrrumble

This week:

Sunday: 20km LSD/part fartlek (done, in 2:26)
Monday: 90 min badminton/basketball (done with tony :) )
Tuesday: 6-8km easy (treadmill)
Wednesday: rest or 5km easy
Thursday: 6-8km easy
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest
Sunday: Sporting Life 10km

Tomorrow is the beginning of May and the start of my 3-race month. Should be fun :P. My 20km yesterday went really well. Ran the first 6.6km with Tony :), which made the run go by faster. I even threw in some fartlek intervals 3/4 of the way through. Everything just felt good...the sun was shining, but it wasn't too hot, my legs felt light, yet strong, my HR and breathing were steady. It was definitely a much better run than my last few LSDs.

Total mileage in April: 140.48km
YTD: 488.49 km

Basketball and badminton is more of a workout than most of us realise.
