Just got back from watching the Sex and the City movie (I really liked it!) and I am tired, so just a quick post to say that I can start running! I had an ART appointment this morning, and I confessed to my chiro that I tried doing a bit a walking/jogging. He seemed to think that as long as I'm not feeling discomfort after my workouts, it should be okay to continue building up my running gradually *insert happy dance here.* So, I'm not going to be doing tempo runs or hill repeats anytime soon, but at least I can jog!
I also bought a swimsuit today. Will I actually drag myself to the pool, or is it just going to sit in my drawer? We shall see!
