New blogger

My new blogspot :) I don't know if anyone will actually read this, but I think it will be neat to keep an online journal...particularly for training purposes :)

I didn't run today. My mileage has been down since the Toronto 1/2 marathon 2 weeks ago. Last week, I ran a total of 20km. Hoping to run 20-25km/week until January, then the marathon training begins :) My goal race is the Mississauga marathon, May 14, 2006!

I think keeping a log is a great idea too. I love the pic. You look like you've lost so much weight, awesome girlfriend. You've totally inspired me to get up off the couch and get active. Not only am I skating again for an hour a week but I've joined "Curves" and still working out occasionally with my friend Jackie at night. Thanks. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see you on the judging scene!
