My true age is 19.5 years

I read a thread on the Running Room forums today about a website that quizzes you and calculates your real age. Intrigued, I went to the website and tried it out. It asks a bunch of questions about your eating and exercise habits, personal health, health of family members, etc. So, it turns out that my calendar age is 27.3, but my real age is 19.5. Wooo-hooo! Sweet. Thanks to my running and multi-vitamins, I am still a teenager.

How true is that? Well, sometimes I truly act like I'm 12. I like to make a peace sign when people take my picture, as is obvious by the pics in this and previous posts (Cliff calls me fobby). Other days, I have so many things to deal with that I feel at least twice my age. Today was one of those days. After a frustrating day at work, I decided to take it out on the treadmill. I set it for 6.2 miles (10km) and started pounding away. I completed the run in 66:30, the longest I have ever run on the treadmill. Talk about therapy...I felt fabulous afterwards :D
By the way, I put up my Christmas tree yesterday. Yeah, I am a little crazy, but I don't have any other decor in my place...the Christmas tree lights make it pretty :)

Crazy ppl abusing treadmills. We need a save the treadmill organization. So we can take care of those poor treadmills and let them roam wild and free. Just as how God intended them to.

I have been sick for the past few days...need rest up so I can do my local 10 k run this Sun....
