Running and popsicles

I have a new addiction: Breyer's fruit swirls. Tasty little real-fruit popsicles that are only 45 calories each. Now that summer is here, I'm looking for something to cool down after my runs (did that sound like a commercial?). I've gotten into a habit of eating a popsicle after my run + stairs. I ran about 5km today (don't know exactly, I left Garmin at home) to total 46km for the month so far. That's low! I'll try to get at least 100 km in by the end of the month, but that's still a far cry from the 218km I did in April. I've been slacking!

I guess the 2 days of rest helped me to recover from my mysterious illness. I'm not sure if running today was a good idea, but I was feeling good. Hopefully it won't come back to bite me.

Glad you are feeling betta. Popsicles sound like a great alternative to ice cream - I've been having too many of those lately spending time with the kids. :(
