Training update

I survived racing 15k on the weekend, but it took a toll on my body. I don't feel terrible anymore, but my appetite is definitely down and my energy is low. My plan is to not run until at least Saturday, which hopefully will give my body a chance to recover. Of course the weather is gorgeous this is taunting me! Will probably do a little 3k run on Saturday, then 12 km on Sunday.
