We got a Wii today. I think I've injured my arm already...LOL. Actually, my side has been hurting a bit all day. I could feel it during my run, too. I have no idea what I did to it.
Does playing Wii count as cross-training? It sure tires me out.
I had a very busy 4-day weekend and it threw my training off by a day. I think this week will look like this:
Monday: 16km LSD (16.37km done)
Tuesday: 5km recovery run (done)
Thursday: 40 min tempo run
Friday: rest (evening plans, likely no time for running)
Saturday: 30 min run or cross-training (other than Wii)
Sunday: 20km LSD
