Hmm, I haven't posted in a long time. Here's a brief update on my training:
- I am currently training for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon (Sept 30). My goal time is 2 hours flat. To prepare for it, I am running 5 times per week, which includes two speed workouts (one tempo run, and one interval workout [or hills]). Tempo runs are HARD!
- A little further down the road, I am planning to do the Las Vegas Marathon (Dec 2). Yup, I am actually going to attempt to run 42.2km again...yikes! But Vegas should be a lot of fun. And I inetnd on having a lot of fun :)
- I am doing a 5k race this weekend to test if my speed training is working ;). Will post a report afterwards.
