Getting back at it

Today's run:

Distance: 4.5km
Time: 33:16
Pace: 7:23/km

That almost resembled a run ;). I've moved up from running 2-and-5's to running 10-and-1's. My IT band is definitely not 100%, but it's also definitely much better than it has been in quite awhile. I am not running on back-to-back days, and I will max out at 5km this week. Hopefully I am being cautious enough!

I am thinking of running the Wolfe Island Classic 5k/10k on July 6, just for fun. I would run the 5k. Who could resist a race that finishes at a golden retriever kennel??
